Mare is small by design. Every project gets a senior team and a senior producer, and you deal with them directly. No account layer, no handoff to juniors after the kickoff, no waiting a week for feedback to find its way back to you.
The best work comes from a small group of excellent people who genuinely enjoy working together. We laugh a lot. CWhy Mare
Mare means a few things. In English, a mare is a female horse, and in a wild herd it's the lead mare who sets the direction. Not the strongest or the loudest. She leads because she knows the way, and because the others choose to follow her. In Portuguese, maré is the tide. In Latin, mare is the sea.
The mare and the tide have something in common. Nothing outside them makes them move. The mare moves on instinct and experience. The tide answers one thing, the pull of the moon, and nothing else.
The sea looks chaotic, but the tide is the most dependable thing on earth. It comes in twice a day, every day, and it has never once been late.

Mare is a senior production studio with a team across Toronto and Lisbon. Briefs land in the evening, and progress is waiting when you log in.
It's led by Jennifer Paul, a Canadian creative producer and project manager with 25 years leading brand, digital and web production for agencies and clients, from banks and global brands to cultural institutions and pharma.
Before Mare, she ran a senior creative collective for over a decade. She also sits on the advisory board of Producer U.
